Website notice to customers regarding COVID-19

We are all experiencing unprecedented times and the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing distress for all of us, especially to our loyal customers and guests. However, we remain committed to providing our wedding services to you as best we can and have set out below some helpful information to guide you through these times.

Are we currently holding weddings at Lemore Manor?

Although we remain open for business, unfortunately, due to the recent government restrictions, we are finding it difficult to hold weddings at this point in time and we envisage this difficulty lasting until the end of May. We will be reviewing this situation on a daily basis and are looking at providing alternative dates for those weddings which fall within the this period of restriction (if possible) and we are striving to accommodate our customers as best we can.

For all those customers who have weddings booked outside of this restriction period, we are currently working towards providing these weddings as planned and these are not currently affected, pending further government announcements.

Are we still holding new viewing appointments at Lemore Manor?

We are offering a ‘virtual tour’ of Lemore Manor, where we will be able to provide you with an interactive walk-a-round of Lemore Manor.

We are hoping to be able to offer prospective customers full physical viewing appointments as and when government restrictions are lifted.

I have a wedding booked at Lemore Manor in the coming months, what should I do?

As stated above, for all wedding dates falling outside of this restriction, the current position is that these weddings are scheduled to go ahead, pending further government announcements.

We are currently in the process of contacting our customers by telephone or email to provide our assurances and to discuss any concerns that you may have.

As you can imagine, this is a mammoth task for us so we would kindly ask for your patience during these times.
