Herefordshire is one of the most beautiful counties is England, with rolling country side, beautiful rivers and a wealth of artists, musicians and food producers. Each year, Hereford hosts the Flavours of Herefordshire awards in the Autumn to celebrate the diversity of foods produced. The renowned Hay Festival in Hay on Wye, just 15 minutes away, attracts people from all over the world to celebrate literacy from authors to song writers, from politicians to producers.
